This letter is badly overdue, and being 80 years old, I have decided to tell you about issues grossly overlooked and neglected by you for years and decades.
I was waiting for so long you’ll find repentance in your life but - there was none and is none. Quite the opposite, you became recently even more arrogant and even more unjust in your conducts, as a leader and brother in Christ. That’s compelling me to call you to repentance, and to clean your spiritual life, while is still time to do it.
“For the stone will cry out from the wall, and the beam from the timbers will answer it.” Habakkuk, 2:11
Bio je to poslednji pozdrav, poslednji zagrljaj dva brata. Znali su da se vise nikada nece sresti na zemlji ovoj. U suzama mi je rekao: ”Budi u pomoci mome sinu Janku.” Obecao sam mu da hocu. Ali nisam imao srca da mu kazem da me je taj isti Janko takoreci “izgurao” iz skupstine.

But I didn’t have a heart to tell him that the same Janko was “pushing” me, so to speak, from the church, for years. Even br. Paul Pentsa has admitted in writing to me that “What was Janko doing to you for years he did to me now too.”
On 8/7/22, I’ve messaged to Vlado Papuga this letter sent to Br. Paul Pentsa;
“Hi Br. Paul. Janko sent me out from the church this evening labelled me as a heretic in front of some sisters! He touched my shoulder and almost pushing me sending me out! "You have nothing to do over here anymore! Go out! You are heretic!" Very loudly and angrily! Poor man, very poor man, forgetting I was 5 years under discipline in Altona church because of him! Remember "Zivi zid" when baptism was stopped? We had a meeting before that to decide what to do with coming baptism when so many issues were not addressed and so many works were not done. Almost all brothers were opposing to the timetable of baptism until all works are done in the church. Knowing that our Yugoslav elders said to me privately not to stop baptism I was asking, insisting and being very determined that baptism must be allowed. We departed from meeting with that decision. Janko Tomek was against. After only few hours all of brothers were on the phone telling me they changed their mind and baptism must be stopped! I was shocked. Janko Tomek had pressured everybody to stop baptism! Who was punished, under discipline years after? Me, for 5 years! But now I am pronounced being heretic by Janko Tomek! Nobody ever had called me a heretic, sending me out from the church! I told Vlado outside of the church in the car park about Janko’s conduct, but he was trying to protect Janko. I've mentioned to Vlado I had intention just to talk br. Janko. Janko’s reaction was: ...."You have nothing to do over here in this church anymore! Go out! You are a heretic!" .......... We know surely one thing God has never blessed is sin. Never and never will.

When I called br. Vlado to the church carpark that evening of being declared a heretic, br. Vlado’s words were; “Do you know what is the meaning of being a heretic?” “Yes, very well, before you’ve been born.” “I’ll talk to br. Janko.” So far there is no respond from br. Vlado. No, he will do nothing at all, he is eagerly waiting for eldership, he wants to be “very clean”.
Recently in Canberra, the Parliament has decided to monitor activities of churches, having so many complaints of psychological and mental abuse. Well, if someone is declared publicly a “heretic” and pushed outside of a public place, that is against the Law of this country and harshly punishable. Be sure. The government authorities may step in with full force to implement an authority of the Law. What about the Law of Almighty God?
“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavour, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
“For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

I want to help Janko as I have promised to his father, and even far more important to encourage him to clean his spiritual life and not to wait for Judgment Day in sinful clothes. Should I also mention how you, Janko, stopped me becoming assistant elder, by saying to the elders that my wife has short skirts, how you stopped me a couple of times to come in front of the Church to ask for membership, again being pushed out by your previous actions and you said simple “NO, after the service go out like all other unbelievers”! Now, this it is enough. If they don’t want to do perform their duties properly, and they were told many times, I have decided to go publicly because it was done publicly!
There is one only solution.
1. You, Janko, come in front of Church, admit all wrongs and sins, ask for forgiveness Almighty God, all members and name specifically my name. I want to be there too.
2. Br. Vlado too should admit in front of Church that he knew everything and was covering everything protecting Janko and his, Vlado’s, reputation to be clean for an eldership. He should ask for forgiveness Almighty God, all members and name specifically my name. I want to be there too. I want to make sure there you both will stay honest and not to mess up again.
If you don’t know what to say in front of the Church, tell me, I will remind you.
This is very painful for you both, I know, but must be done. You both have sinned big time. In case you ignore this letter or twist anything, I will take extremely rough action to destroy chains of abuse in our Church. I don’t like that step, believe me. But, please, don’t force me to do exactly like that.

using manipulated words to the elders that he doesnt have it, as it was getting renewed and it will then be posted in the mail, and should arrive after the baptismal day, (so he didnt actually have it with in, at home nor in his pocket, so he was able to state "I dont have it"), so its not an open and clear black lie, but a nice and clean white lie......!!!!

In Roman's the Apostle highlights that those who teach other what not to do, but they themselves are doing it are without excuse, and will not escape the punishment of God.

Brother Martin, I have only ever known you as a dear Brother in Christ bringing Christ's Presence with you. I know that Satan hates our Lord with perfect hatred. It is of his devices to spew his hatred and anger the ones very dear to Jesus. I know you now stepped out in faith and courage knowing this is bound to turn out painfully uncomfortable. Just to comment on "I know you now stepped out in faith". I will never step out in faith! Never! I was pushed out from Church like heretic, but I didn't step out and I will never do that! My faith is based in wounds of my Lord and by His blood I am redeemed! How is possible to step out from the faith? Who ever do that he/she was never a Christian before! My Lord knows His children well.My heart is bleeding to see badly neglected church which was so alive before! WE had bible classes in 3 groups, altogether more than 50 of them were there! We had church organ playing during singing, specials in church and family nights! If you don't give young ones a joy, a spiritual joy they will become depressed and almost wondering where and when to go away.

Dear Martin, I just can't understand why Janko and Vlada did this to you!
Where do you attend church now? And why would they not accept you to even go before the church so you can become ask for membership? Have been in touch with the Elders of that church? I heard that Elders from California are now the serving Elders for that church.
Here in the US, members are accepted into fellowship from other groups (Conferences) after the Elder/s consult among themselves,and if the one wanting to be part of this conference or a particular congregation, after much questioning and if they are walking in the faith, they are accepted as free members, At times and in certain congregations they have taken into their fellowship people who were baptized in other churches other than the ACCN or Other affiliate groups with Nazarene background.
Yet you who was baptized and preached in that church, (and if I understood correctly, you were a candidate to become an Elder or Elder Assistant), they would not even allow you to express your desire before the congregation, again I must ask why??
You should bring this to the attention of their Elder/s, and not to accept such unbiblical behavior, unless you were expelled from the church, which according to those who know you have testified of how you brought or showed " Christ's Presence" in you. And even those who are expelled are given the right and courtesy of being heard and comforted in time of need. Again, I do not understand why Janko is so much against you, if I understood, he is your own flesh, your nephew, why, why would he be so hard and rude???
May the Good Lord help you to continue, and not to give up serving him.

"why" and "Must pursue the mat!"
Br.Paul Pentsa knew this for years and decades. He was an elder here until recently. But he was working together with Janko! Now he is admitting in writing;“What was Janko doing to you for years he did to me now too.”
Just one little fragment from history of our church; In one stage I was the eldest minister in the church together with br.Michael Stanjo. New ministers were ordained among them Janko Tomek. He was straight from beginning full of ambitions and jealousy and plotting against me. My desire was to unite 2 church groups, two gatherings, two church services into one; we were in the same in building and it was really shameful in front of God and unbelievers; he was against started writing letters behind my back. When I was demanding to read those letters on members meeting, he has refusing. One new minister being on Janko's side already said;"If you have any guts br.Martin you can defend yourself". I was really hurt and I did overact to emotionally saying:"If you have a problem with me you will not have it anymore. I am resigning from ministry and membership of this church." God was not glorified with my action, I know. But so many times after that I wanted to rectify my mistake and become a member again but I was stopped by Janko not giving me permission to come before the church.
All these issues and other br.Paul Pentsa knows and I have sent everything even to ACC in America. Silence. So, now, being 80 years old I want to help those who wanted to be helped; Look only to Lord Jesus Christ, He is a Head of our Church, He is our Lord, Our Comfort, our Way and everything our souls need. Big clouds are coming from all corners of the Earth, bring our spiritual life in order and pray and watch. Pray for me and forgive me my mistakes and sins too, I am just simple man full weaknesses in Grace of Almighty God.

and just wanted to hear things that would be for the peace of that church.. . I heard that Many hat had met with those elders felt that they were biased. If any one did not want you to share your experience, they would of wanted to block you from talking to them.So if Vlada was in charge of scheduling who can talk with the elders, you can guess why you did not get a chance. I can try to contact new elder in Brisbane. But, he is probably under instructions from elders to prepare Vlado for eldership. If so, and it is very likely, nothing is possible. "MANY" members choose to accept that peace means to follow unconditionally, obey unconditionally, and get the front row, the ministers' decisions and the elders decisions' in each church to decide, and that brings peace.

think Bro = thank you for kind words. I love Church of God, I Love it above everything! Jesus paid so much for His Church. It is heart breaking to watch how not-really-spiritual people destroy what Lord paid with His blood.
I have tried so hard for so many years to bring the real meaning of faith to our Church, and the evil has prevailed. Now, having 80 years of age I can see that God's blessings remained only, repentance is hard to find. May Lord help us in coming times of evil tsunamis.
